Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 days to let you
know your order is on the way! 

For the periods of 1-15 August, the Orthodox Easter and Christmas time processing times may increase

STORE PICKUP - Charisma, Dapia - Central Market, Spetses
Orders can be picked up daily, from 11:00 to 14:00. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within the Island of Spetses.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for
local delivery. Orders placed before 11:30 during store hours and from April to October will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days using ELTA and ELTA Courier. Post's delivery standard is 2-7 days inside Greece and 7-24 days in the EU and EEA. Flat rate shipping fee of €7.00 applies to orders up to 2 kg weight shipping in Greece and €30.00 to orders up to 2 kg weight shipping in the EU and EEA. We do not ship outside the EU and EEA at this
time.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at a.pasamitrou@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
